Many of these employees, who we refer to as Family Members, eventually choose to make Intelesys positions their full time careers. The company, growing every year, with 24 hour, seven-day staffing and resultant supervisory needs, offers immediate employment. Highly technical, every department has ongoing needs fueled by rapid growth. Since 1972 the Company has marketed its products without interruption under the tradenames NADW, and since 1996 as NACC, and Intelesys. During this time various companies and individuals have offered the company's products and services in many cities, states and Canadian provinces. During the past three years the company has gone through a repositioning process and is now introducing a new business model.
